This individual will be responsible for the design and development
of enhancements to existing ERP software. Ideal candidate would
have experience in some or all of the following areas:
- Java
- SQL
- Visual Studio.net
- AJAX for ASAP.NET in C#
- Oracle PL/SQL

IQMS is looking for a career-oriented, highly motivated person
for an exciting opportunity working in our sales department. The
IQMS Inside Sales Specialist develops sales prospects for proprietary
midrange ERP software to manufacturing companies. This position
calls for excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal
skills, strong sales experience and a sound knowledge of both manufacturing
and accounting. This position also calls for the ability to communicate
complex technical information to others.
Preferred skills include:
- Mid-range ERP software sales
- Proficiency with sales tracking and office management software
Job Responsibilities include:
- Initiates communication with potential customers by telephone
and e-mail
- Generates and qualifies new leads
- Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers
- Builds and maintains prospect relationships
- Enters prospective customer data and other sales data for current
customers into proprietary software database.
- Prepares reports from proprietary software database
- Works with inside and outside sales team
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Successful completion of core system competency training and testing
within one year of employment is required for continued employment
in this position.
This is a full-time salaried position based in the Paso Robles
office, reporting to the Vice President of Sales.
Sales Professionals
IQMS is actively seeking a full time sales professional for an immediate
opening on the West Coast. The successful candidates should have
manufacturing or midrange ERP software sales experience and a sound
knowledge of both manufacturing and accounting along with general
business knowledge. Knowledge of EnterpriseIQ is a strong plus.
Ideal candidates must demonstrate a proven record
in sales, excellent organization, communication and interpersonal
skills as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information
to others.
This position will require 50-75% travel.
